Calm area, 3 min walk to the train station that helps you travel to the centre, clear room, thats what we needed and good value for money. Recommended

Dreadful hotel in a non tourist part of the city, broken facilities, smoke smelling room with stained carpets. Broken lift and dirty stairwell. A ten minute walk to the closest train station and a 40 minute trip to the city, no metro close by, no local restaurants for tourists, no bars for non locals, avoid this hotel at all costs. We paid for 2 nights but left after one could not wait to get out of this place. Paris is a beautiful city however Ivry sur Seine is not for tourists.

Good clean place. No comfort but everything was there.
Good clean place. No comfort but everything was there. Good bed, huge pillows that forces your feet out of bed even if you are just 180 cm like me. To far from Metro to have good Paris access. Neighborhood left, like a ghetto with wee smokers right side of. Staff at reception rude giving instructions like a warden in a juvenile jail. The other a super friendly helpful Togolese gentleman and the third a friendly smiling and greeting girl who never leaves her phone when greeting or giving out dustbin bags or T-roll. Great baker next door for fresh croissants. Big minus for foreign visitors 50+ TV stations only in French, which is ok for me but not for my wife and daughter. All together reasons we will not book there again.

No shampoo, the floor was cold.
The area is not to safe, at the middle of the night a guy was looking at our apartment windows for an hour or so and after we turned off the lights he came to our door trying to get in. It was very scary considering that we were two girls. Even now I’m still scared because of this

There are adequate shops for food and drink.
There are adequate shops for food and drink. This area does not have tourist attractions which I knew before staying there.
It is easy to catch RER or buses to the tourist hotspots.
If you intend commuting to Versailles which was my intention — unfortunately there was railway works disrupting the line and making the trip complex and arduous! On the last of my 8 days there normal service resumed, damn!
I recommend checking SANCF for rail works if things like this are important to you!
Kitchen with microwave and fridge. Kettle and facilities were decent. Aircond was ok but not as cold as other hotels in Asia. Bathroom was decent sized too. Room is decent for a couple. We stayed for 7 days 6 nights. There's a nice bakery nearby and a Thai restaurant too. Some convenience stores are in the neighbourhood. Good place if you are going for an event to the nearby stadium.
Very polite staff. Complementary coffee and water in the lobby. Quite location (despite being near the Paris ring), 450-500 meters from two metro stations of line 7 (Porte d'Ivry and Pierre et Marie Currie). The room size was satisfactory given the usual near the center Paris' hotels (I was staying alone, maybe it would have been less comfortable for two people).
Modern aparthotel tucked away in a new suburb of Ivry. Secure underground parking. Supermarket close by. Restaurant choices are very close or just a short walk away. Good size room and all clean and tidy. Good choice at breakfast. In room facilities mean that for a longer stay you are not reliant on restaurants. Fast wifi.
It is immaculate, comfortable, economical, and spacious. The neighborhood looked iffy in Google Maps Streetview, -- no shops and cafes except another hotel, a Leroy-Merlin megastore, a sanitation facility, and a walking path taking you under a highway underpass--, but it is fine, especially during the daytime.
* 24/7 reception
* staff are friendly
* near to the bus stops / train stations
* grocery shops & restaurants are just outside the aparthotel
* the room had a bathtub & kitchen
* not in the city center but still accessible by public transportation (around 30 mins, by bus then train)
It's difficult to think of anything I liked at this facility. Right from my arrival, first contact with staff, location of hotel, view from my room, slow wifi that disconnects often and lack of essential amenities in room. Sadly, I did not like anything.
Very good hotel for women, safe for travellers. The room was big and very comfortable and clean compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Paris this was very very clean! The reception are all lovely and sleep peacefully.
Your typical hotel room - everything you needed for a short stay. Bed was comfortable and room was cool enough with aircon. The hotel is right on a tramline which connects straight to metro down the road.
We didn’t have any meals inside the hotel. But there was a big space dedicated to dining. There is a special room with lockers that you can rent to put your luggage/backpack that was very helpful.
Unique location close to Paris, iconic, historic and renovated with all convenience and secure parking on site. Staff is exceptional, accommodating - highly recommend!
